Coach Dave Gleason has developed two world class sports conditioning programs for youth athletes for 6 to 9 years of age on The Railyard Obstacle Course.  Here's the video, and below you'll find one to the programs



Railyard programming 6-9 years

Program #1

· Body Awareness/Movement Exploration
o Railyard Birddogs (flat side up)
o Rainbows
o Railyard Lunge walks (flat side up)

· Object Manipulation
o Battle rope waves

· Coordination
o Scramble to balance
o Rhythm Machine
